Agencies must submit information and documents for a

Pre-Competition Scoring and Standards Review for Renewal Projects they plan to renew in the FY2024 CoC Program competition

by 12 PM on Thursday, May 2, 2024.

Agencies must submit one Smartsheet Form per Renewal Project.

For each Renewal Project, grantees must submit their HUD CoC grant number, the project name, project type (PSH/RRH), contact information, Grantee Agreement Form for Renewal Projects, CY2023 Annual Performance Report, Pre-Competition Renewal Applicant PSH or RRH Form, depending on project type (completing the 2nd Section on coordinated entry).

ONLY Renewal Project grantees that made a substantive change in program policies & procedures must submit them for review. These grantees must complete the Pre-Competition Renewal Application PSH or RRH Form in its entirety, depending on project type.

ONLY Renewal Project grantees that made a substantive change in their sample lease must submit it for review.
