Enjoy a healthy cooking demonstration and tasting while learning how to make simple, nutritious meals for your family. Families will be able to recreate the meal at home with ingredients provided by Second Harvest of the Big Bend. The event will also feature opportunities to learn more about community resources and a chance to win giveaway prizes.
