Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus Housing Application

We are accepting applications from Veterans in anticipation of starting to move residents in mid-June 2025. After we receive your application, we will contact you with apartment availability and rental rates and then encourage you to complete a full move-in packet.


Rental rates range from $600 to $1350 depending on a household's gross annual income. In order to be able to afford the rent, a household must have sufficient income (or a Housing Choice Voucher) to ensure that rent is not more than 40% of the household's gross monthly income.


For example, in order to be eligible for a rent of $600 per month, the household must have gross monthly income of $1,500. To afford a rent of $935, the minimum gross monthly income would need to be $2338.

Veteran Eligibility*

In order to be eligible to be a resident, you or another adult member of your household must meet the following definition of veteran:


“A veteran who served in the United States military, including the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, Reserve Component or National Guard. You must have completed Initial Entry training and arrived at first duty station. If the applicant was injured during training, they can be eligible with a documented medical discharge.”
