VICEROY Intern Application - READ CAREFULLY

The VICEROY Summer 2024 internship dates are:

-First Year Students: 8 weeks - Monday, June 10th thru Friday, August 2nd.

-Graduate Assistants: Dates TBD

Graduate Assistants will begin remotely 10 hours weekly from university, sometime in late April and will be onsite before Interns arrive. Typically 7-10 days before. Dates are Still TBD for Graduate Assistants only.


The above programs will be onsite at Innovare Advancement Center in partnership with Air Force Research Lab and Griffiss Institute in Rome, NY.


-Second Year Students: 10 weeks Monday, June 3 - Friday, August 12. This will be at DoD host sites across the country.


These are paid internship programs, which also includes a maximum travel allowance of up to $1500 and a stipend for housing is provided dependent on the location.


Current hourly pay scale is as follows:

First Year Intern $22

Second Year $24

Graduate Assistants $29




PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR THIS INTERNSHIP YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE PROGRAM NO VACATIONS DURING THE INTERNSHIP. THE ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE FOR ROTC STUDENTS WHO HAVE A MANDATORY FIELD TRAINING AND THOSE WILL BE APPROVED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
