Vacation Day(s) Buy-Back Form

Pursuant to union contract, the College and the Federation agree to the buy-back of vacation days on the following schedule:


•    2024-2025 - Each year you can select up to three (3) days;

•    2025-2026 - Each year you can select up to three (3) days.

• 2026-2027 - Each year you can select up to three (3) days;


By signing, I am authorizing Mercer County Community College to pay out my earned vacation time according to the schedule set forth above, providing eligibility has been met.
