Use this form to request reservation of placements in our monthly ABA Digital Box newsletters. Audiobooks can be included in any NetGalley Newsletter.


This monthly newsletter utilizes a secure widget link for included books to give immediate approved access to the recipient ABA booksellers—which means you can participate even while your book is private on NetGalley.


Each ABA Digital Box contains one Spotlight Title and up to 15 Regular placement spots.


2025 Prices:

  • Spotlight Title: $800 USD, per title
  • Regular placement: $700 USD, per title


Regular placement spots are filled first-come, first-serve, and finalized at the discretion of the ABA and the NetGalley marketing team; placement is not guaranteed. Once a reservation request is submitted via this form, you can consider it confirmed unless you hear otherwise from us within 5 business days of the date this form was submitted.

Check this box if you'd like your book to be considered for the Spotlight Title placement ($800 USD). Spotlight Titles are finalized at the discretion of the NetGalley marketing team, and placement is not guaranteed. We will confirm with you directly if your book is chosen as the Spotlight (closer to the newsletter send date), otherwise you will be given Regular placement.

Please provide the direct link to the NetGalley title record (we'll create the secure widget for you).


Books must be in NetGalley with content files uploaded at least one week prior to newsletter send date. (If the book is not currently in NetGalley, use this field to let us know when you expect it to be uploaded and ready.)

Please provide a *short* book description geared toward indie booksellers (MUST be 200 characters or LESS, including spaces). NetGalley reserves the right to edit for space as needed. Note: the Intro section of the newsletter already includes a call-out about Indie Next nominations, so any title-specific nomination info will not be included in your book description.

Deadlines: Book must be Active in NetGalley (including book cover and files) ONE WEEK PRIOR to the promotion live date, otherwise your booking may be cancelled. We encourage you (on behalf of your organization) to set a reminder in your calendar!


Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your promotion to a later date, please notify us at least 5 business days prior to the live date otherwise you will be subject to a last-minute rescheduling fee of 25% of the price of your promotion.


Cancellations: If you need to cancel your promotion, you must notify us at least 5 business days before the live date, otherwise you will be subject to a last-minute cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your promotion.


Additional Terms & Conditions: Promotions are offered and finalized at the sole and absolute discretion of NetGalley; placement is not guaranteed and NetGalley may accept or reject any request to participate in the promotion in NetGalley’s sole and absolute discretion. Once a reservation request is submitted via the form, you can consider it confirmed unless you hear otherwise from NetGalley within 5 business days of the date this form was submitted. In the event your request is accepted and you participate in the promotion, NetGalley does not make any promise or guarantee with respect to the generation of any sales, revenue, profits or any other results or outcome from the promotion. Any prior results do not guarantee the same or a similar outcome or any particular results. Additional terms and conditions in the NetGalley Platform Services Contract or other agreement between your organization and NetGalley apply to promotions.
