Record Drawing Requests Form

A form used to collect and share data for record drawing requests - specifically requests for record drawings of projects completed within the confines of the City of Southlake. All record drawing requests have a completed-by date of 15 business days after the date of submission, as long as the time of submission is before noon. If the time of submission is after noon, it will be scheduled as the next business day. Any large scale records request, over 200GB worth of data or 1/4 mile of physical area, will most likely take longer then 15 business days to complete, and may even incur records collecting costs. An email will be sent to you concerning any potential time issues or costs associated with a sent request before completion. An aerial image or site plan must be attached showing the general area of the request. This can be a Google Maps, Earth, or any similar image with markups showing the meets and bounds of the requested area. The file type must be in either PDF, JPG, or PNG formats.
