Permanent Property Insurance.

Grantor shall always maintain Permanent Property insurance on all buildings, improvements and fixtures on an “All Risk” basis in an amount at least equal to the current one hundred percent (100%) replacement cost thereof, as established no less frequently than annually.

Commercial General Liability Insurance.

The grantor shall always maintain CGL insurance, written on an Insurance Services Office (ISO) occurrence form CG 00 01 or equivalent, including Premises/Operations; Products/Completed Operations; Contractual Liability; and, Independent Contractors Liability.
