By submitting your photos, you grant to NCCER a perpetual, irrevocable, freely transferable and sublicensable, fully paid-up and royalty-free right and license to use such photos. The foregoing grant includes the rights: (a) to modify, edit, combine with other materials, translate, include in collective works, and create derivative works of such photos; (b) to reproduce, distribute, perform (publicly or otherwise), display (publicly or otherwise), and transmit such photos, in whole or in part, and as provided by you unmodified or adapted; (c) to permit its publisher, Pearson Education, Inc. and its affiliates, to distribute such photos in connection with NCCER programs and titles; and (d) to advertise and promote NCCER’s publications, programs, and business. You will own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to the photos, subject to the license granted to NCCER. NCCER will own and retain all right, title, and interest in and to all adaptations of such photos made by, or by any third party for the benefit of, NCCER, subject to your rights in the photos.


You grant to NCCER the right to use your name, image, likeness, and biographical and professional information (including information you provide to NCCER and any other information about you that is publicly available) in connection with such photos and any adaptations thereof, including to advertise and promote the same or any publication, program, product, or service that features or includes the photos, in whole or in part, as provided by you unmodified or as adapted.
