Demo and Proposal Information

Implementation can take up to 8 weeks from the project kick-off date.

The total number of spaces reserved through the solution. Some examples are classrooms, auditoriums, patios, dorm rooms, parking, and reservable vehicles. We will explore your spaces more on the demo call.

The total number of end users needing access to the solution's back-end (conference coordinators, course schedulers, room managers, accounting).

Multi-Org Add-On?*

The Multi-Org function will allow further separation of departmental information at an additional yearly cost.

Does your department utilize electronic signage?*

Electronic signage can be any digital display listing a room or venue's reservation schedule.

Your venue can include study rooms, offices, auditoriums, event spaces, and resources such as audio/visual equipment and catering.
