Pursuant to PERB's recent unfair labor practice (ULP) decision, supervisors and managers are required to post the notice on or before November 17, 2023, and should not be removed prior to 30 workdays. Once the notice is posted, please submit the below information.

Please list the notice information for all notices that you have posted. Please be sure to list the following for each notice.


  • Specific campus facility/building
  • Specific location within that facility/building (Ex: bulletin board, fourth floor break room, cafeteria, etc.)
  • Date notice was first posted
  • Date notice was removed/End date of notice
