Students who major in Economics and who are particularly interested in business economics, environmental economics, data science, or finance have the option to obtain a certificate from the Economics Department.

Once you have completed the necessary coursework, please submit this form. Form submissions will be reviewed, and if approved you will receive an email alert with instructions for picking up your certificate.

If you are completing certificate coursework in your final quarter of enrollment, please note that your certificate cannot be verified until final grades are received. Certificates must be picked up in person from the ECON Academic Office.

NOTE: You can earn more than one certificate, but the same course cannot be counted toward more than one certificate. Courses used for major requirements may also be counted towards certificates. You must re-submit the form for each certificate you apply for.
