2025 BIO International Convention - Affiliate Event Application

To request space for an affiliate event during the BIO 2025 International Convention, June 16 – 19, 2025, please complete this application. Upon review by BIO, you will receive an approval decision email. Approval decision emails will be sent in 1-3 business days.


Approvals will be granted on a first come, first served basis.


An approval email will contain the point of contact at the approved and assigned hotel. The point of contact will also be CC’d on the approval email. The approval email will act as proof of BIO’s confirmation of affiliate event. Hotels in the BIO 2025 Hotel block will be unable to plan affiliate events without an official confirmation email from BIO.


Agreement to the following statements is required to hold an affiliate event during the BIO 2025 International Convention.

By completing this form, affiliate event organizers agree that they have read and understand the BIO International Convention Affiliated Events Guidelines.
