Request for Proposals

The California Primary Care Association (CPCA) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to produce a video series on patient de-escalation techniques for community health centers (CHCs) and aligned stakeholders and produce a case study to assess the impact of Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events on CHCs. Any questions or inquiries concerning this RFP should be submitted to Ivan Prado, Program Coordinator of Health Center Operations, at iprado@cpca.org.

Deadline: Friday September 23, 2022 at 5:00PM PST

Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM PST on Friday, September 23, 2022. Please submit your completed proposal by responding to the questions and uploading your organization's proposal below. Proposals received after the deadline stated above will not be considered.
