Final Exam Conflict Form

A final exam conflict is defined as two or more final exams scheduled on the same day and time, or 3 exams on the same day.

If you have 2 finals on the same day and time, complete Class 1 and 2 sections.

If you have 3 exams occurring on the same day, complete Class 1, 2 and 3 sections.
