Before submitting your Exam Plan please ensure you have selected whether or not you wish to have the % result included on the Student Report Cards. Note: It will default to YES 'Show % in Results’ so you will need to manually untick the box if you do not.


Once you have submitted your Exam Plan you will be unable to make any changes. Should you need to make any further amendments please email admin@atod.net.au.

This is to declare I have made all proper enquiries and advise that the students who are being examined and who are listed on the following page(s) are physically capable of undertaking the examinations.


I understand and agree that if at the time of the examination the Examiner has any concern as to the fitness of a student, then the Examiner can remove that student from the examination without any further enquiry, explanation or liability on behalf of ATOD or the Examiner.


I undertake to notify the Examiner prior to the commencement of the examination of any injuries affecting the students and accept that it is the sole discretion of the Examiner as to whether that student undertakes the examination.


In the event of a student being injured in an examination I will not hold liable the ATOD or its Examiner. Further I will indemnify ATOD and its Examiner for any claim or legal action against the ATOD or it’s Examiner by or on behalf of a student injured during the examination.
