There will be two workshops in the fall semester that focus on NIH funding opportunities and strategies for obtaining NIH funding.

The first workshop will be on October 19 from 9:30 to 11:30 am in 206 Durham Center. This workshop will provide a fundamental understanding of the NIH grants process, and will have a panel of successful NIH grant awardees that will describe their experiences and answer questions about NIH funding.

The second workshop will be on November 9 from 9:30 to 11:30 am in 206 Durham Center. This workshop will focus on strategies to better understand how your research program or grant ideas fit in with NIH using hands-on activities. You will be required to bring a laptop for this workshop.

Coffee and refreshments will be available at both workshops.
