ASL Interpreter Request Form

To request sign language interpreting for Mt. SAC events or an employee accommodation, please fill out the request form below. Please note: Human Resources requires at least seven business days in advance to request in-person interpreters, and five business days in advance for virtual interpreters.

Cancellations with less than three business days notice will be charged to the requesting department and/or division. The amount charged is based on agency fees for last minute cancellations.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other disability laws require an employer to provide employees requesting accommodations for a disability with reasonable accommodations. For other employee accommodation requests, please contact Human Resources at hraccommodations@mtsac.edu.

Educational institutions are also required to provide students requesting accommodations for a disability with a reasonable accommodation. Students may request academic accommodations for a disability through the Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students (DHH) at https://www.mtsac.edu/dhhcenter/interpreter-form.html.

Please contact hraccommodations@mtsac.edu or (909) 274-4110 for assistance completing this form.
