Thank you for sharing your Marriott Bonvoy Stories with us! This story should showcase a specific scenario when you or a colleague went above and beyond to bring loyalty to life at your hotel.


To guide and inspire your story, here are the different themes we're looking for:


Celebration Story: Share how you and your team celebrate milestones at your hotel, such as Marriott Bonvoy for Associates or program deployments.


Member Experience Story: Share exceptional memories and experiences that you crafted for our Marriott Bonvoy members in which you surprised them with a service/arrangement that surpassed their expectations.


My Marriott Bonvoy Story: Share your most memorable travel experience -- it may even be the experience that inspired your passion for travel or why you chose a career in hospitality.
