ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER CLUB If your Club is Charter Standard, you qualify to receive up to 15 complimentary tickets. Please only apply for the number of tickets that you know will be used. If you require more than 15 tickets, additional tickets will qualify for the discounted Group Booking Rate of £7.50 per adult ticket. Concessions are £2.50. Kids are £1.

There will be a £2 transaction fee for any tickets posted or left for collection. There will be no transaction fee for tickets printed at home or purchased over the counter. If purchasing over the counter, please ensure you have your Club National ID with you. Tickets will need to be paid for over the phone within 7 days of booking; the Ticket Office will call you on the daytime telephone number you have provided above to take payment.

Ticket Collection

Tickets can be collected from date of purchase up to the day of the match, however we would advise supporters to collect their tickets in advance of the day to avoid queues. Tickets can be collected from: Stoke City FC Ticket Office, Stoke City Stadium, Stanley Matthews Way, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 4EG Ticket Office opening hours: Mondays to Fridays: 9am till 5:30pm Saturdays (non-match days): 9am till 2pm Saturdays (match day): 9am till half-time, plus 30 mins after the match Sundays: Closed

- Applications are subject to availability at the time of booking. - There should be at least one adult per 8 children in the group. - All supporters aged under 14 must be accompanied by someone aged 18 years or over. - Please claim only for the number of tickets you can guarantee will be used. - If you have any tickets left over please return to the ticket office immediately.
