Please complete the below information to be considered for Sephora's upcoming video shoot.

• Location: Sephora LA Studio in West Hollywood California (talent must be able to get themselves to and from the shoot location in LA)
• Date of shoot: Between October 1st and 4th. Exact date will be narrowed in on closer to shoot.
• Timing: Full shoot will be about 2-3 hours between the times of 7:30am and 5:30pm.
• Stipend: $1,500 (Sephora will need W-4, I-9 and CA WTPA Forms for payment)
• Casting call is for female / female presenting individual that is 18 years old or older
