To have your organization's course reviewed and listed as an AIHA Registry Programs reviewed NIOSH 582 Equivalent course, please submit the request form below. A $250 fee for processing your application is required; you will be invoiced after we receive a complete application. You will need to upload additional documentation; we will provide instructions upon receipt of this request form.
