Compost and deliveries are provided on a first-come, first-served basis with start-up gardens receiving priority. The amount of compost and number of deliveries are limited, and not guaranteed.

Are you willing to pay for delivery and/or compost, should complimentary supplies be exhausted?

Low-cost compost is 50% off the retail price at $11.00 per cubic yard, plus delivery. Low-cost delivery is available for $140 per delivery. Additional authorization from the Community Garden is required to add charges to a Minneapolis Utility Billing account. Community gardens will be contacted with billing details and may decline the low-cost option, if desired.

Delivery Details

Compost deliveries are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Qualifying community gardens may request one delivery of up to 10 cubic yards of compost.
