Note: If you are attending the poster symposium event, for the "Billing information for poster printing" below, please type your program name and we will print your poster.

Primary Focus of Poster*

The posters will be organized and grouped by pillar during the symposium. Select the one pillar best aligned with your improvement initiative.

Please confirm that at least one member of the poster team will attend in person at the Symposium on May 28 (3pm-6pm).*

Your poster will not be printed but will be included in the symposium e-booklet shared across the organization.

Indicate which team member(s) will be present during the poster symposium. We will also use this information as the primary contact for further event communications.

  1. Our team will handle the printing and display logistics for accepted posters. You can take your poster with you at the end of the event, 6pm.
  2. UCSF cost of printing each poster is $78.30.
  3. Please enter your Chart String or Speed Type or Cost Center
  4. If your poster is accepted, we cannot print without this information.

Please confirm your poster submission includes OUTCOME DATA or RESULTS showing impact. Submissions must include information on outcomes to be accepted.


If your poster does not meet the criteria, you will have 24 hours to modify it; this will delay the review process. Please review the video instructions for additional information.
