Front License Plate Application

With our new License Plate Recognition software, we require all vehicles to park with the license plate facing the driving lane of a parking lot. If you would like to continue to back in or pull-thru parking spaces, please complete the following form. By completing this application you agree that the front license plate must be mounted on the front of the vehicle at the front bumper level. Failure to display the license plate properly could result in citations. The first front license plate per person will be free. Subsequent requests for additional vehicles will be $10/plate due at the time of plate pickup. Replacement plates will be $20/plate due at the time of pickup. You must complete a separate form for each vehicle for which you are requesting the front license plate.

Please list your first and last name as listed in school records.

Only CSU e-mail addresses will receive a response.

Vehicle Information

Only one vehicle may be listed per front-mounted permit application. Applicant accounts must be in good standing with Parking Services, including record of a current parking permit.

Accurate license plate information is required. Temporary plate numbers will not be accepted.

Reason for Exception

Please describe your reason for requesting an exception to the "No Pull Thru / No Back In" parking policy. Requests will be evaluated by the Parking Services Office and receive a response within 7-10 business days. Until a front-mounted parking permit is received, the applicant understands that failure to park with their license plate facing the driving lane could result in warnings and/or citations.
