Thank you for applying to the Oregon Farm Direct Nutrition Program. Applying is the first step to becoming an authorized farmer. Our program increases awareness of your Oregon farm to our program's eligible seniors and WIC families, providing an opportunity for those in your community to purchase fresh, locally grown fruits, vegetables, and culinary cut herbs. Program Eligibility

To be considered eligible to participate in the Farm Direct Nutrition Program, the business applying must meet the definition of a:

Farmer. An individual who owns, leases, rents, or sharecrops land to grow, cultivate, or harvest fruits, vegetables, or culinary herbs in Oregon or a bordering county in a contiguous state to sell fresh at a farmers market or farm stand.

This application must be completed by someone with the authority to submit on behalf of the business seeking authorization.
