2024 EXPO Prize Qualification Form

All information regarding your Prize Program Qualifications are due to Event Management no later than November 17, 2023.

Please provide the qualification detail you'd like participating attendees must do in order to enter to win a prize during the Expo. For example: Purchase quantity 12 of part number 01-2345 or All Orders of $250 or more will qualify for one (1) entry.


All prizes are chosen and purchased by Events and sent to the winners after the event is over.

Suppliers will be charged:

  • $300 - Blue Prize Level
  • $600 - Red Prize Level
  • $1,200 - Green Prize Level


All prize qualifications are subject to approval by your Category Manager.
