Space for picnic tables is assigned on a first-come, first served basis. A waiting list of requests will be maintained, if necessary.
No outside food or beverage is allowed into the hospitality space. All food and beverage must be purchased from the on-site caterer, G-Texas. No outside tents, coolers, tables or chairs are allowed. Please contact Customer Service for any special requests.
Payment for hospitality spaces must be made by Friday, April 18. If payment for your hospitality space is not received by April 18, your
Company Team's order will be forfeited. After April 18, 2025 all orders are final and may not be transferred, cancelled or refunded.
In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event due to elements beyond our control, neither JPMorganChase nor any of its subcontractors or vendors will be held liable for any loss incurred.
