Program Proposal Application

Thank you for your interest in providing programming and services with the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC). The DOC is moving toward a Person Centered Approach throughout the department. We are currently reviewing all proposals for alignment with evidence-based correctional practices, person-centeredness, and transformational opportunities for individuals we serve in our correctional facilities and/or who are on supervision with us in their communities. Proposals that meet the above criteria will be prioritized based on gaps in programming we currently have. You will receive notification on next steps after your proposal is reviewed. Internal DOC staff ** This application should only be used to propose new, general population programming. Proposals to enhance current, established programming (such as treatment, education, etc.) should be forwarded to Directors in those units.
