Learning & Development Request for Services

Thank you for your interest in educational services for you or your team. Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible to help us evaluate your needs and identify the best solution. We also recommend reviewing our catalogue for ideas on areas you may want to explore.


When submitting your request, please note that we ask that you provide at least 60 days’ notice for all workshops due to high demand. All submissions will be reviewed, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your team. We look forward to collaborating with you!


During your consultation with a Learning & Development team member, be ready to discuss:

  • Team needs, goals, and history
  • Expectations
  • Requested date, time, and location
  • Workshop content, pre-work, and post-work
  • Manager’s and L&D Consultant’s roles


Our workshops—designed and led by our consultants—build a shared understanding, foster collaboration, and support personal and team growth. Workshops are best suited for groups of 10 or more and can be delivered in-person or virtually. We also support smaller teams on a case-by-case basis, with virtual delivery being the most likely format.

Agreement

 

I understand that this effort may require additional time, effort, and coordination from me as a manager. I, along with my area leaders, agree to actively support and participate in this work—staying engaged and communicating proactively—to help achieve our goals.

 

I understand that there may be fees, if applicable, for external vendors and formal materials or assessments (e.g., 360 assessments). Any fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.
