While American and our JB partners strive to implement our contracts seamlessly, there are occasions where pricing discrepancies occur and require we research with our partners or resolve directly with the Agency of Record. In an effort to better support you and our customers we ask that you complete this form as thoroughly as possible. We will work with our JB partner to provide support and resolution to the issue as expedited as possible.

This form can also be used to submit your feedback and support requests regarding our LEP program with your corporation, in case we have one in place. Please note that not all corporations maintain an LEP program with Amercian Airlines.
