Camp Scholler Chapters Pavilion - Pancake Breakfast Application

Please fill out this form to apply your chapter for a pancake breakfast fundraiser time slot.


Not all Chapters who apply will be awarded a slot. EAA will pull chapters from the lottery in mid-May and chapters will be notified no later than May 30th of their selection status.


One submission is allowed per chapter including those who intend to co-host***. Late submissions will not be considered.


***Two Chapters may co-host, however this must be declared on your submission. Additionally, the co-hosting agreement is made between two EAA Chapters independent of EAA. The submitting chapter is considered the primary chapter in regards to communication and distribution of net proceeds by EAA. The primary chapter would assume the responsibility to disseminate pertinent communication and proceeds per their agreement with their co-host.

Your chapter must commit a minimum of 18 volunteers. We highly recommend the majority of these volunteers camp in the Camp Scholler campground. The commitment is an early morning start before the parking lots are open which makes it difficult to get to the Chapters Pavilion. There is no parking near the Chapters Pavilion.
