Printed Resources

To better serve our staff and ministry leaders, this form is to request the creation of new resources or the reprinting of current resources. Please complete the information below and submit your request. In addition, please keep in mind the following: 1) Request for creation of new resources can take up to two weeks, according to the size of the project. Please plan your submission request to fit your needs. 2) Reprint of some resources can take up to 1 - 2 weeks.
