Residents must sign in any overnight guests and comply with guest rules.


Residents must accompany their guest at all times and must not be provided with an access key to use.


We are unable to accommodate guests that are under the age of 18, without prior permission from UniLodge management.


If you share an apartment, you must seek approval from your housemates for your guest to stay prior to finalising any plans or arrangements with your guest.


Residents will be responsible for their guest's behaviour at all times, and will be held liable for any breach of JCU/UniLodge rules or regulations that their guest commits.

My housemates have given their consent for my guest to stay in our apartment.

I have read and understand the conditions for guests for guests outlined above and in the Resident Handbook. I understand that I must accompany my guest at all times, must not give my key to them and that they must abide the rules outlined in the Resident Handbook.
