Funding for Computer Replacement is available for eligible faculty and staff in accordance with the Computer Replacement Policy (Please Note: You will need a NetID to access this page.)

  • Choose Reimbursement for a custom order you have already purchased.
  • Choose Computer Request if you would like to request a new standard computer model from IT stock, a loaner computer, or a custom order. You will also have the option to add peripherals with this selection.
  • Choose Peripherals Only if you would like to request new, standard computer accessories.
  • Choose Deployment to deploy a new or existing computer purchased by the department or to redeploy an existing machine to a new user.

Starting in FY22, the program has been changed from a computer replacement to a laptop replacement program. Please provide a brief justification for why a desktop is needed for a defined teaching, research, or business need.

Our deployment process is as follows:


  1. We pick up the computer for imaging
  2. When imaging is complete, we will contact you to schedule a pickup for your old computer to facilitate data transfer
  3. We complete data transfer
  4. We schedule with you to drop off the new computer and do final setup
