All events planned independently by a supporting organization of the Health Innovation Summit are categorized as affiliate events. These activities provide opportunities for colleagues to gather and/or network with others within the field. NCQA understands the value of having a large number of experts in one place, and we offer the opportunity for sponsors, exhibitors, government agencies, nonprofit, corporate, and industry groups to organize non-educational events over the course of the Health Innovation Summit.

To be eligible to host affiliate events at the official Summit hotel and convention center, supporters must submit the affiliate event request by XYZ. NCQA will not accept requests after this date. All events must be approved by NCQA, and the affiliate event must adhere to all guidelines outlined here.

Hotels will provide space assignments once the request is approved by NCQA on a first-come, first-served basis. All costs associated with affiliate events are at the expense of the supporter.
