The City of Minneapolis may use your written responses in the Community Engagement for a Minneapolis African American Historic and Cultural Context Study Project, and/or for possible cultural resources work or research initiatives resulting from this project. As part of the project, your responses may be provided to the public or press, may be posted, or may be used for other purposes related to cultural and/or heritage studies, evaluations, or outreach conducted by the Minneapolis Community Planning and Economic Development Department.
You have the right to not reveal personal or other information in the submission form. You are not legally or otherwise required to write responses to be used for the purposes as described above. Although you are not required to provide all the information sought, omitting information may reduce the effectiveness of the survey and any follow up based on survey results.
