Self Assessment Quiz

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to complete this self-assessment as a member of your INCOSE community. You can complete a new assessment for each community that you are a member of.


Initially, you can complete the assessment to kickoff your community's transformation process and get a coach assigned to help your community get started. You can also re-take the assessment to report progress in your community's transformation tasks.


It will take you 5 to 10 minutes to complete the assessment. Be advised that the assessment form does not save, so please remember to complete the form and select "Submit" before navigating away from the page to avoid losing your input.
