AUDIOVISUAL & ROOM SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Room set-up will consist of classroom-style seating. NCACPA will accommodate special room requests when possible. Facility limitations and registration numbers may prevent special requests from being available. Check with your NCACPA contact prior to the event if you have any questions/concerns. ACCOMMODATIONS

One night's sleeping room charge (room and tax) per speaking day will be direct-billed to NCACPA. A credit card will be required upon check-in for additional nights and incidentals/expenses. Please refer to your Speaker Requirements & Guidelines for additional information on accommodations.

ENGAGEMENT

Our NASBA accreditation requires documentation of engagement. One element is required for each hour of CPE (the same element may be used for multiple hours).

Possible elements include but are not limited to group discussion, instructor-posed questions with time for participant reflection, polling questions, case studies.
