Welcome! This form is the first step in your 2023-25 Integrated Application for the six programs (HSS, SIA, CIP, CTE, EDM, and EIIS). Filling out this form will allow the ODE to customize your application (reducing unnecessary burden) and provide us with the contact information needed to be in communication with you throughout the application process.

Please fill out this intent to apply no later than January 15, 2023. Note, that this is not the actual Integrated Application. You will submit your full application during the application window of March 1 - March 31, 2023.
