Courses will be offered at the sites listed below.

All Summer Academy courses will be on site at the chosen summer location. Course selections will be verified by a school counselor.

Face-to-face courses (course code ends in SUM) are teacher lead courses that are taught in person.

Computer-based courses (course code ends in CR) are courses completed in school using the online platform.

Acceleration courses are face-to-face or computer-based courses completed in school that students have never taken before in high school.

Students may select up to 5 courses in Session 2 (June 26 to July 27, 2023).

Students may select up to 2 virtual courses total.

If you are not listed as an 11th or 12th grade student in Infinite Campus or your school's SIS (Student Information System), your application will be voided.

Virtual Summer Academy courses are classes that are offsite led by a virtual instructor. Students are required to take all tests and quizzes with their virtual instructor during office hours from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Tests and quizzes that are taken outside of the office hours and without the virtual instructor will not count toward final grade. Virtual instructors will hold office hours daily from 5:00 to 7:00 pm for assistance as needed.

Permission: I understand, as parent/legal guardian of the above-named child, that there are times when the local news media, national news media, and/or nonprofit organizations partnering with Milwaukee Public Schools request the opportunity to videotape, take photographs, and/or interview children within the Milwaukee Public Schools. By checking yes, I understand that and give permission for MPS to allow this with respect to my child.

Release: I also understand that by signing this release I give permission to the Milwaukee Public Schools to make or use pictures, slides, digital images, or other reproductions of me, of my minor child, or of materials owned by me or my child, and to put the finished pictures, slides, or images to use without compensation in broadcast productions, publications, on the Web, or/in other printed or electronic materials related to the role and function of the Milwaukee Public Schools. I understand that by checking yes, I am, on behalf of myself and my child, releasing MPS and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any future claims as well as from any liability arising from the use of any photograph or other images. This form shall be valid for the entire summer program and can be revoked by the parent/legal guardian at any time in writing.

I understand that by typing my name in the box below, I am signing this registration application via electronic signature. By electronically signing this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
