Your manager will receive an email asking for approval of your proposed improvement and training. The first ten approvals that are received will be enrolled. Any additional submissions will be waitlisted.

Please ensure that your manager is expecting this email.

As part of the Yellow Belt program, you will be asked to complete and report on a medium-sized improvement. You should be able to complete this and evaluate the results within a 3-month time period. Please provide some more information about your proposed improvement.
