The founders of the American Network of Services for Afghan Refugees (ANSAR) of Sacramento Valley are local organizations that hope to serve as institutional helpers for new Afghan arrivals by facilitating comprehensive support services needed to adjust to life in the Sacramento Valley area, home of the nation's largest concentrations of Afghan refugees.
