Bar Area

 

Emptied and cleaned

 

Cocktail equipment cleaned and put back into its place

 

All fridges are cleaned, restocked to par level and faced off

 

Restock all spirits, mixers and soft drinks

 

Move all open juices and cut fruits downstairs into the fridges

 

All glasses are restocked to par level

 

Ensure all bar steels are cleaned

 

Guinness nozzles removed, washed and stored away. Other draught beer tabs fitted with black fly screen covers.

 

Broken glass bins emptied and washed

 

All recyclable bottles moved to the boxes and crates area

 

Area is clean and tidy

 

Coffeee machine are cleaned

 

Sweep the floor behind the bar

 

Empty rubbish bins and replace with new bin liners

 

Glass washer cleaned and reassembled

 

Switch off Audio/Video system in bar cabinet

 

All ipads and iphones on charge
