Use this form to submit requests for eRA Commons-related assistance to the Sponsored Research Business Systems & Operations Team.


Please note that we only create new Commons IDs for current and incoming Northwestern faculty, staff, and students. Subcontractors and consultants, who are not Northwestern employees, must have a Commons ID set up at their own place of employment.


Do NOT use this form for general help requests or ORCID-related requests. Use our SR Systems Help Form for other systems-related and help requests.

For "Other account issue" be sure to describe the issue in comments section (at bottom of form.)

Note: Administrative staff access is meant for Northwestern STAFF who perform research administrative functions, such as submitting RPPR's. It is NOT available for grad students or post-doc's, who engage in scientific research.
