You must fill out this form if you are interested in applying for a new (not renewal) project in the NC Balance of State Continuum of Care for the FY2024 CoC Program competition.

NCCEH staff will be in touch to discuss your proposal. It is mandatory that all agencies wanting to apply for new CoC Program funding complete an Intent to Apply this year. The deadline to submit the intent to apply is Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 5 PM.

NOTE: This Intent to Apply is not for Emergency Solutions Grant Funding. CoC Program funding will not fund emergency shelter or transitional housing projects.
