Production Request

For deliverables for which details are known, and strategy has already been considered: social media posts, print materials, Impacto ads, registration forms, a site page, or press outreach.


Timeline:

6-4 weeks prior to the internal due date if it includes a new design.

2 weeks prior to the post date for requests for social media posts with no new design (externally produced and pre-approved).


Please submit Instagram feed posts in the following dimensions if you would like us to share them on IG: Square format 1080 x 1080 px


Notes:

You can submit a request that includes scripted copy, draft press advisories or releases, and finalized, approved designs, photos, or videos. Please attach any such deliverables as a document at the end of the form.

Please provide the list of assets you need, including dimensions and specifications if production is needed. Also, indicate whether the M&C or your department will handle the production.


For example, specify you need two different graphics for Instagram, two for Facebook, 100 flyers, 2 pull-up banners, etc

 
 

(Please specify is translation is needed and which Esperanza and external logos should be incorporated into each stand asset.

Suggest alternate colors if the designs do not need to align with Esperanza's brand. For the Call to Action (CTA), provide the specific information you wish to include in each asset/design, such as URL, Address, Phone Number, QR Code, and linked website.

Additionally, if available, please add both text and WhatsApp contact numbers

 
 
 

(Projects that require photography, print, video, and/or production may incur charges from outside vendors that your department must bear. If the communications and/or marketing project submitted has no specific funding allotment, a budget discussion is required upon submission. It is the responsibility of the requester to arrange a budgeting consultation with the M&C Department.)
