Thank you for your interest in participating in Special Olympics Florida- Area 3's upcoming sports season!

Prior to participation:

Special Olympics Athletes are required to complete the athlete registration form.

Unified Partners are required to complete the unified partner registration form and Protective Behaviors training.

Volunteers are required to complete the Class A volunteer registration form and Protective Behaviors training.

Completed forms can uploaded at the bottom of the page or be sent to laurentingley@sofl.org.

Unified Partners are people without intellectual disabilities who play alongside Special Olympics athletes in Unified Sports.

Volunteers assist Special Olympics athletes at weekly practices and competitions.

Athlete Registration*

I understand that as an athlete with Special Olympics Florida, I must have a valid and current athlete registration packet (valid for three years) on file to participate in Special Olympics Florida.

Unified Partner Registration*

I understand that as a unified partner with Special Olympics Florida, I must have a completed Unified Partner Registration form and proof of completion of the Protective Behaviors training (both valid for three years) on file prior to participation.

Volunteer Registration*

I understand that as a volunteer with Special Olympics Florida, I must have a completed Class A volunteer registration form and proof of completion of the Protective Behaviors training (both valid for three years) on file prior to participation.

Competition Advancement*
