Host organizations are expected to support consistent messaging to all prospective participants around the requirement to register into the workshop via the Sport for Life Campus by this ‘Registration Deadline Date’. If a participant has not registered via the Sport for Life Campus by this date, the host organization will support Sport for Life and the learning facilitator(s) in denying participation into the workshop as per Sport for Life’s liability policy. At minimum, the registration deadline date must be one business calendar day prior to the delivery date. This applies also to the delivery date of the first session if there is more than one. For virtual workshop deliveries, the registration deadline date also allows Sport for Life to provide participants with a Zoom link in an efficient and timely manner.

Si un participant ne s’est pas inscrit sur le site du Campus en ligne de Le sport c’est pour la vie avant cette date, l’organisme hôte sera tenu d’accepter la décision de Le sport c’est pour la vie et de l’animateur-formateur de refuser la participation de l’individu à l’atelier, conformément à la politique de responsabilité de Le sport c’est pour la vie. Au minimum, la date butoir d’inscription doit se situer dans un jours civils ouvrables précédant la date de livraison. Cela s’applique à la date de livraison de la première séance s’il y en a plus d’une. Pour les ateliers en ligne, la date butoir d’inscription permet à Le sport c’est pour la vie de fournir aux participants un lien Zoom de manière efficace et dans les temps.
