We recommend that all interested applicants attend a webinar to understand the requirements and time commitments of this course.

What session did you attend?*

Students are expected to spend upwards of 10 hours per week on course material and sessions. The week of virtual sessions requires 37.5 hours of your time. EOCCO wants to ensure our participants will commit to this and attend all sessions.

Participants who do not attend all required sessions will be responsible for the cost of the training.

EOCCO will support birth doula in certification and getting clients. Cohort participants must show commitment to providing regular services.

Do you have access to reliable internet?*
Do you have access to a laptop, computer, and/or monitors?*

This training requires trainees to use laptops, computers, or monitors. Phones are not sufficient. Large tablets are okay.

This will help EOCCO understand your involvement in your community, health care, general interests, etc.

Applicants must submit a letter of commitment, partnership, or support from a clinic, health department, hospital, or other organization that provides pregnancy/labor and delivery services.
